The Outsourcer Also Outsources
Because the person arranging the vacation should eventually get to sit down and enjoy it.

The same Canada trip, a different proof point
The outsourcer also outsources.
When the person arranging the vacation is also expected to source groceries, plan dinner, coordinate service, monitor timing, and clean up afterward, that person is not on vacation. They are operating a temporary restaurant with a better view.
For this evening, JOAT sourced and coordinated a private chef, supported the menu and service flow, handled on-site details, and made room for the organizer to sit down too.

Before anybody sits down
The dinner starts with sourcing, dietary questions, equipment, timing, and the kitchen nobody sees.
The work includes matching the chef to the destination and group, communicating preferences and dietary needs, confirming the property setup, creating the service plan, and making sure the meal fits the evening instead of taking it over.

The larger point
Delegation should eventually reach the person doing all the delegating.
JOAT can source private chefs internationally, coordinate the timing, and support the service on-site when needed. The chef featured here is based in Canada and represents one of many professionals that can be matched to a destination, group, and style of service.
The luxury was not only the food. It was that the person carrying the trip did not have to carry dinner too.
